  • All payments are arranged offline via direct communication

  • A deposit may be required to secure your booking

  • Full payment must be completed before delivery or pickup

  • Items must be returned on or before the agreed return date

  • Late returns may incur additional charges

  • Customers are responsible for the care and safety of hired items during the rental period

  • Customers are responsible for any damage, loss, or theft of items

  • Charges will apply for repair or full replacement where necessary

  • Items must be returned in a clean and acceptable condition

  • Cleaning fees may apply for items returned excessively dirty

 

7. Cancellations

  • Deposits are typically non-refundable

  • Late cancellations may incur charges

 

8. Delivery & Collection
