RETURN POLICY

Rental Duration: Items must be returned within the agreed rental period (typically 1–3 days).
Item Condition: All items must be returned clean, undamaged, and in original condition. Cleaning or damage fees may apply.
Late Returns: Late returns attract daily charges. Items not returned may be treated as lost and charged at full value.
Damage or Loss: Customers are responsible for all items. Repair or replacement costs will be charged where necessary.
Cancellations:
- Early cancellations may be eligible for a partial/full refund
- Last-minute cancellations are non-refundable
Security Deposit: A refundable deposit may be required and will be returned after item inspection (less any deductions).
Returns: Items must be returned via drop-off or scheduled pickup, as agreed.
